RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Easy 30 Day Return Policy
Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We want to make it right. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with blank warranty cards, manuals, tags and all accessories.
- All returns and exchanges must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number obtained by completing the form located HERE. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Any item(s) damaged due to customers neglect, misuse, abuse, tampering, unauthorized repairs or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
